TERMS OF THE PROGRAM

• 2026 Program term is 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026.
• Dealer must opt in to participate.

• Unless a Dealer requested to opt out of the program, Dealers who have participated in the growth program since 2021 will automatically be registered for this promotion.
• Must be a Dunlop Pro Dealer or Dunlop Associate Dealer to participate.
  • Only purchases made during the time the dealer was a Dunlop Pro Dealer or Dunlop Associate Dealer will qualify.
• Dunlop Pro Dealer or Associate Dealer must purchase eligible Dunlop tires per semi-annual basis to qualify for a distributor credit.
• Dealer allows distributors to provide Dunlop with total Dunlop purchases on a semi-annual basis throughout 2026.
• Distributor must provide purchase data from participating dealers on a semi-annual basis.
• This program has an annual volume catchup to achieve the maximum allowed distributor credit.
• This program can be changed, modified, or cancelled at any time at Dunlop's discretion with or without advance notice.
• *Payout terms:
  • Each eligible Dunlop tire purchased earns a $2.50 distributor credit.
  • Pro Dealer maximum combined distributor credit is $1,500 distributor per calendar year.
  • Associate Dealer maximum combined distributor credit is $750 distributor per calendar year.
  • Payouts are in the form of a distributor credit.
  • The distributor credits will be based on the amount of Dunlop units purchased semi-annual basis.
  • Dealers who continually violate our Dunlop MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policy will forfeit potential future credits earned.
• Dealer allows Distributors to provide semi-annual purchase update.
  • Dunlop will compile info.
  • Dunlop will verify purchases against distributor records.
  • Dunlop will communicate credit amount to qualifying dealers.
  • Dunlop will communicate any discrepancies to dealer.
  • Dunlop will communicate credit amounts to distributors.
• EXCLUSIONS:
  • Free tires earned under BOGO programs do not count toward 2026 purchased tires quantity.
  • Tires that are drop-shipped on behalf of the dealer by the distributors do not count toward 2026 purchased tires quantity.
  • Tubes and rim bands not count toward 2026 purchased tires quantity.
  • Off-Road tires - excludes mini sizes (See Exclusion table to the left).
  • Street tires - excludes 14" and smaller rim diameters (See Exclusion table to the left).
